Our services are priced according to each stylist's expertise level and the complexity of the service. We believe in transparency and will discuss all pricing during your consultation.

Important Service Notes:

  • Complex color transformations may require multiple sessions

  • Full transparency about your hair history is required for optimal results

  • We cannot guarantee results if you've used box dye or at-home chemical services

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings

  • You'll receive a confirmation 48 hours before your appointment

  • For all color services, we kindly ask that you change into our provided salon robe to protect your clothing. While our team takes great care during application, BELLIBONE is not responsible for any accidental color stains on personal clothing. Your hair is our canvas – let's keep it that way!

ARRIVAL & TIMING

Punctuality Policy:

  • Please allow yourself time for parking

  • Late arrivals (10-15 mins) may result in:

    • Modified service

    • Rescheduling (with applicable fees)

    • Possible appointment cancellation

  • Consistent late arrivals may affect future booking privileges

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes schedules change, kindly cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  

*Appointment changes made 24 hours or less from your appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will incur a 100% charge.

  • We offer a 10-day window for service adjustments

  • Concerns must be communicated within 10 days of service

  • Adjustments are complimentary within this period if no outside services were performed

  • We don't provide adjustments if:

    • You've attempted home remedies

    • Visited another salon

    • Modified our work in any way
