APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that you receive your full service. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving so we can be sure to best accommodate your schedule. As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed by email or SMS 48 hours in advance. *Credit card info will be asked to keep on file, no charges will be made unless there is a last-minute cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes schedules change, kindly cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  

*Appointment changes made 24 hours or less from your appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will incur a 100% charge.

HOURLY RATES

Our team charges an hourly session rate based on their education, experience, specialties, and skill. Hourly rates are charged by the length of time of service. All session times are subject to change based on consultation.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We stand 100% behind all of the products we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within seven days of eligible purchase. A full refund will be given for unopened, non-custom merchandise; gently used merchandise can only be exchanged. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any custom color products.
