hourly pricing

Hourly pricing is the practice of charging clients for time rather than service. Bellibone’s hourly pricing is determined by the total time for services. The hourly pricing is all-inclusive of all fees. but does not include gratuity. One hour minimum for all appointments.

Each hair artist’s hourly rates are based on their education, experience, specialties, and skill.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that you receive your full service. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving so we can be sure to best accommodate your schedule. As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed by email or SMS 48 hours in advance. *Credit card info will be asked to keep on file, no charges will be made unless there is a last-minute cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes schedules change, kindly cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

*Appointment changes made 24 hours or less from your appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will incur a 100% charge.

Late arrivals that can no longer be accommodated and no-shows will also be charged this fee.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We stand 100% behind all of the products we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days of eligible purchase. A full refund will be given for unopened, non-custom merchandise; gently used merchandise can only be exchanged. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any custom color products.
